Always check your Spam/Junk folder firstly before contacting us if you haven't received a response to your payroll/P45/reference query or you have not received your payslip.

Your Employee Number is found on the top left corner of your Payslip.

Please note that when requesting P45 you will receive an email from QED which you must respond to for us to process your P45.

Please note we will deal with queries as quickly as possible.


All social welfare forms must be fully completed and signed by you before submission to us.

You can post your social welfare form to us or you can bring the original form to our office for completion.

Please ensure you submit social welfare forms the day you receive them to allow time for us to process the data required in many of the forms.
